ParentCalm – Terms of Use

1. Welcome

1.1 Welcome to ParentCalm (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ParentCalm app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Policies

2.1 All policies that we may adopt or update from time to time, including, without limitation, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Subscription Policy, and Money-Back Guarantee, constitute an integral part of these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Company Information

3.1 ParentCalm.app is operated by the limited liability company Sunveksa, registered in Lithuania under registration number 307543286. The Company is based in the European Union (EU), and these Terms are governed by Lithuanian law, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.

4. Eligibility

4.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

5. Nature of the Service

5.1 The Service is provided for information and entertainment purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. We do not guarantee that the Service will achieve specific results, be uninterrupted, or error-free.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content, lessons, and materials provided through the Service are the intellectual property of the Company. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce content without permission. Violations may result in liability for damages.

7. Account Security

7.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and may not share your account with third parties.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 The Company collects and processes your personal data in accordance with applicable EU data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. US Consumer Protections

9.1 For US clients, these Terms comply with applicable US regulations, including:

  • Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for online advertising and auto-renewal disclosures
  • Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA) for subscription terms and cancellation options
  • Consumer protection against unfair or deceptive practices

10. Subscriptions

10.1 Subscription Access

10.1.1 We offer subscriptions that provide access to certain content, products, or features for a specified period (“Subscription”). Subscriptions continue indefinitely until canceled.
10.1.2 We automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency disclosed before purchase.
10.1.3 Before subscribing, we clearly explain:

  • Subscription price
  • Billing frequency
  • How to cancel

10.1.4 By subscribing, you agree to these recurring charges.

10.1.5 The Company may terminate the provision of services at any time. In such event, the Company shall refund any fees paid for the unused portion of the service period, upon the client’s request. The Company may process refunds differently than stated in the Terms of Use, considering exceptional circumstances and in a way that benefits the client.

10.2 Changes to Content

10.2.1 Content, products, or features included in a Subscription may change over time. We may:

  • Introduce new features
  • Improve or retire existing features

10.2.2 Such changes do not entitle you to a refund, except as described in our Refund Policy.

10.3 Third-Party Services

10.3.1 Some subscriptions may provide access to third-party services. By subscribing, you may enter into a separate agreement with such providers.

10.4 Billing

10.4.1 Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period selected, either directly by us or through a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe).

10.5 Discounted or Trial Subscriptions

10.5.1 Some subscriptions include a trial or discounted period. At the end of this period, the subscription will automatically continue at the regular price unless canceled before the trial ends.
10.5.2 To avoid full charges, you must cancel prior to the expiration of the trial or discount period.

10.6 Renewal

10.6.1 Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period, at the then-current regular price, unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

10.7 Cancellation

10.7.1 You must cancel before a renewal to avoid being billed for the next subscription period.
10.7.2 Canceling your subscription will stop automatic renewal, but you’ll continue to have full access to all subscription features until the end of your current billing period.
10.7.3 Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

  • If you subscribed via www.parentcalm.app, you can cancel by emailing info@parentcalm.app with the email used for your account.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle.
  • Sample cancellation email:

  • I hereby give notice that I cancel my subscription.

  • If you subscribed through a third-party provider, contact them for billing, cancellation, or refund instructions.

10.8 Promotional Offers

10.8.1 We may offer subscriptions in the form of promotional offers, which may be limited to new users or available for a limited time. After the promotional period, the subscription automatically continues at the regular price unless canceled.

11. Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee

11.1 All subscriptions are subject to our Refund Policy.
11.2 A money-back guarantee may be granted only if all conditions below are met:

  1. The Client contacts the Company within 14 days of subscription purchase.
  2. The Client proves consistent participation in lessons for 10 consecutive days.
  3. Each day must be confirmed by a screenshot.
  4. The request must be submitted via email to info@parentcalm.app
  5. Please note: Subscriptions with a duration shorter than 14 days are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.

12. Amendments

12.1 The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on our website. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the updated Terms.

13. Communication

13.1 All communications will occur via email. You agree to provide an accurate email address, regularly check it, and monitor spam/junk folders.

14. Disclaimer

14.1 The Service is for entertainment only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Disputes shall first be addressed informally via email info@parentcalm.app If unresolved, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.
