Refund Policy



ParentCalm

Effective Date: April 24, 2026


1. A money-back guarantee

A money-back guarantee may apply only if:

  1. You contact ParentCalm within 14 days of purchase
  2. You show consistent participation in lessons for 10 consecutive days
  3. Each day is confirmed by a screenshot
  4. You submit the request via email to info@parentcalm.app
  5. Please note: Subscriptions with a duration shorter than 14 days are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.

Refunds are issued directly to the original payment method.


2. Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Canceling your subscription will stop automatic renewal, but you’ll continue to have full access to all subscription features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
  • To avoid future charges, you can cancel by emailing info@parentcalm.app with the email used for your account.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle.

  • If you subscribed through a third-party provider, contact them for billing, cancellation, or refund instructions.


3. No Partial Refunds
Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription are not provided, except under the money-back guarantee.


4. Promotional Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased under promotional offers continue at the regular price after the promotional period, unless canceled before renewal.
